She was able to overhaul both rooms and create a filing system that enabled our staff to find client files, tearsheets, and wood finish samples more easily. She also took the initiative to research all our vendors’ websites and compare their product lists against our own website, to see what products we were missing. She did this to ensure our vendors and Bright had the same information when clients inquired about each product.
