I tell people all the time, Corrin literally changed my life. We hired Simple Organizing Solutions because after 15 years our design library was overwhelming. We had too many products coming in and finding what we needed was becoming too time-consuming. It got to the point where my design team couldn’t find what they needed and vendors were unable to update their collection effectively, which compounded the problem.

Corrin watched how our employees used the space and listened to what we said about our firm. Then completely overhauled the library and implemented a new floor plan. Which created an environment that allowed us to work more efficiently.

She established guidelines to prevent vendors from bringing in samples we wouldn’t use and made sure items that were introduced fit our firm’s design style and current projects.

We hired Simple Organizing Solutions because walking around our memo library was difficult. Corrin has a unique combination of skills: organization, design function, and creativity with a real commitment to listening to client needs. I still can’t get over what she was able to accomplish in our space. She used what we had, to keep costs down and found ways to utilize the available space effectively.

Shortly after the “grand re-opening” of our library, we had 5 proposals/presentations to pull together and hoped to be able to get three done before a certain date. Because our staff was able to find what they needed, quickly, we were able to pull all five proposals together. Corrin made our office more efficient and reduced our project turnaround time so we are able to accept more business.

Corrin was hired to organize our two back rooms and help our previous manager establish a better filing procedure, so the showroom could assist designers more efficiently. She was able to overhaul both rooms and create a filing system that enabled our staff to find client files, tearsheets, and wood finish samples more easily. She also took the initiative to research all our vendors’ websites and compare their product lists against our own website, to see what products we were missing. She did this to ensure our vendors and Bright had the same information when clients inquired about each product. Her research was so thorough Corrin was asked to share her findings with our three other showrooms. The systems she curated enable a smooth transition from our former showroom manager to the new manager and for all other parties involved. Her efforts before and during the transition saved us response time with our clients and money. She has both an eye for detail and a vision for the overall projects she was tasked with. Corrin was the epitome of professionalism and warmth and was a pleasure to work with before, during, and after the transition. She is passionate about helping companies function at their best and it shows!
